Training was hard today with double suicide runs and S&C, but will benefit from it come the start of the season.
Now time to celebrate my 18th Birthday.

Thanks to the platform Footballers Global has provided me, I’m really excited to be offered the opportunity to travel out to Spain in February 2021 and trial for CF San Fulgencio who play in the Spanish 6th division, but also with other potential opportunities on offer.
It’s a long way off, but will be here before I know it, so will keep working…[Read more]

What an inspiration to myself and all lads who have been released from Academies and playing non-league. This goes to prove if you keep working hard and performing, dreams of a professional contract can happen.
REDS SNAP UP SAM ASHFORD ON A 2 YEAR DEALThe club are delighted to announce the signing of Sam Ashford after his contract ended at National League South side Hemel Hempstead FC, subject to a medical. Sam was at Tottenham Hotspur’s academy from the age of 8 until his teenage years.

FA have advised the season will start in September, but not given a date! Hopefully it will be the beginning and the early FA cup rounds are not scrapped as suggested they could be.

Great session last night with Manor and looking forward to coaching the U16’s tonight. Can’t wait for this lockdown to be over so we can get back playing, but also so I can apply to do my Level 1 coaching badge.

Great week of s&c with dad in the gym and training with Manor Wednesday & Saturday. Today looking forward to training the Manor U16 boys.

It was a real privilege to be asked to help coach Southend Manor U16’s yesterday. Really enjoyed the experience of coaching and being a role model for the younger generation who aspire to play Senior Football at Semi-Pro level and beyond.

Great to get out for a session with Southend Manor this morning. Solid 30 minutes of S&C and then an hour of finishing drills.
